Job Summary

Future Talent Programme is a Trainee Programme within Tetra Pak. We offer a permanent position from the start. You will embark on an individually designed development programme for 18 months connected to a specific position and the Tetra Pak organisation.
During the programme, you will participate in trainings and job rotations throughout various parts of Tetra Pak to explore your potential and grow as a person. As a Trainee here with us, you will get to know our entire business and collaborate with colleagues all over the world. And this is just the beginning of your Tetra Pak career!
You will be based in Utrecht, Netherlands but you will work in a global arena.
What you will do
Travel to customer sites to:
<ul>
<li>Actively learn through on-the-job and classroom training to execute all duties and responsibilities to perform as a Maintenance Engineer</li>
<li>Assist with preventive maintenance activities and on-the-job training</li>
<li>Execute customer requests and manage spare parts for customers’ equipment</li>
<li>Support operators during production to ensure smooth line operation</li>
<li>Participate in installation events</li>
<li>Represent Tetra Pak professionally and contribute ideas for improving customer operations and service delivery</li>
<li>Maintain a clean, safe work environment</li>
<li>Follow all safety protocols in accordance with OHS and</li>
<li>Tetra Pak safety regulations and promote a safe working culture in the team</li>
</ul>
We believe you have
<ul>
<li>A high school, vocational school or technical diploma with a focus on hands-on technical work</li>
<li>A growth mindset, indicating a willingness to learn and develop technical skills</li>
<li>Valid driver’s licence.</li>
<li>Ability to travel up to 90% of the time to customer sites within Benelux and France (and occasionally other EU countries)</li>
<li>Basic English communication skills (written and verbal) are preferable</li>
<li>A proactive, safety-first approach</li>
