We are looking for an experienced reach truck operator to join our team in Helmond. The work takes place in a modern warehouse handling small electrical components.
Reach trucks are designed for working in narrow warehouse aisles, so precision, focus, and a strong awareness of safety regulations are essential.
Please note that if reach truck work is not available for the full 40 hours per week, the employee will be required to support warehouse operations by picking orders. Flexibility is required.
What we offer
Full-time job (40 hours per week)
Two-shift system
Shifts:
Morning: 06:00 – 15:00
Afternoon: 15:00 – 00:00
Gross hourly rate (including shift allowance 108.75%): approx. €15.99/hour
Bonuses:
Overtime paid at 150% (after 8 hours of work per day)
Saturday work paid at 175%
Requirements
Valid driving licence and forklift certification
Minimum 1 year of experience operating a reach truck
Willingness to combine reach truck operation with order picking
Ability to work comfortably in narrow aisles and high warehouse racks
Willingness to complete a practical skills test
Good command of English
