Job Description

As a CNC Turner/Programmer, you will be responsible for machining parts according to technical drawings using precision lathes.

Responsibilities

Securely clamping workpieces in the machine.

Selecting the appropriate machining tools.

Loading and executing machining programmes.

Ensuring correct machine settings and calibration.

Measuring finished products to verify compliance with required dimensions.

Consulting with colleagues regarding work tasks and machining methods.

Inspecting and maintaining work tools and materials in proper condition.

Requirements

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience.

Technical Skills: CNC Turner programming skills.

Blueprint Reading: Strong knowledge and experience in reading technical drawings.

Passion: A keen interest in metalworking and technology.

Teamwork: Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Workplace Ethics: Responsible attitude towards maintaining order and cleanliness at the workstation.

Clamping Techniques: Knowledge of various workpiece clamping techniques.

Safety & Quality: Knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards, as well as quality regulations.

Driver's Licence: A valid Category B driver's licence is mandatory.

Language: English proficiency at a B1 level.
