What will you do?

In this versatile role, you will be a key player in our financial process. You will work closely with the group controller, management, and other departments. You will ensure reliable reporting, clear analyses, and support management with valuable financial insights.

Your responsibilities:

• Preparing periodic financial reports and analyses;

• Monitoring and analysing financial performance and forecasts;

• Assisting in the preparation of budgets and forecasting processes;

• Providing financial advice and support to management/directors;

• Conducting cost price calculations and developing business cases;

• Contributing to the optimisation of financial processes and systems;

• Performing various financial administrative tasks;

• Coordinating the year-end closing and preparing audit files.

Who are you?

You ideally have a completed higher vocational education (HBO) in business economics, accountancy, or a similar field. Don’t have the qualification but do have the experience? Then we’d still love to see your application. Sometimes talent grows beyond the standard potting soil.

Additionally, you are a team player, stress-resistant, and accurate.

Furthermore, you have:

• 1–3 years of similar work experience; 

• strong analytical skills and excellent numerical insight;

• experience with an ERP system;

• a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently;

• excellent communication skills in Dutch.

• experience in a production environment is an advantage.

In this role, you can expect a challenging and varied position within a dynamic and sustainable organisation, where you work in a collegial atmosphere with plenty of room for personal initiative. You will receive a company laptop and phone, enjoy 25 holiday days, and receive 8% holiday allowance.

Depending on your education and experience, we offer a salary between €3,000 and €4,000 gross per month based on a 40-hour workweek, supplemented by a pension scheme. You can flexibly distribute your hours over four or five days and have the option to work partly from home. A role in which your financial career has all the space to grow.
