What will you do?

• Provide personal care (ADL)

• Assist with medication (if authorised/competent)

• Identify changes in health conditions

• Report in the client file

• Communicate with colleagues, informal carers, and other healthcare providers

• Contribute to a safe and pleasant living environment

Who are you?

• Completed care training (Care Assistant, Care Assistant Plus, Qualified Care Worker, Vocational/Higher Education Nurse)

• Client-focused and warm attitude

• Independent and a team player

• Reliable, flexible, and responsible

• Affinity with working in the community/home care

• Driving licence and own transport is an advantage
