Are you a senior, retired, or simply someone with a warm heart for children with disabilities?

For De Klim-Op in Kampen, we are looking for several bus escorts to fill in as needed. You will step in during colleagues’ sick leave or holidays. You decide when you work!

Duties
As a bus escort at De Klim-Op, you will travel with the driver on one of the routes. Every journey is unique, and you ensure a pleasant and safe trip for the children. You assist with boarding and alighting and maintain calm and safety during the journey.

Working Hours
You will work in the mornings between 07:00 and 09:00/09:30 and in the afternoons between 14:30/15:00 and 17:00. An average journey lasts approximately 1.5 to 2 hours.

About You
• You have a warm heart for children with disabilities
• You are flexible and available in both the mornings and afternoons
• You can keep an overview when things get busy, remain resilient, and adapt when a situation requires it
• No specific qualifications are required

What We Offer
• A gross salary in line with the CAO Gehandicaptenzorg (FWG 15: €2,154 to €2,836 for a full-time contract of 36 hours, depending on experience and education)
• A zero-hours contract for one year, with the possibility of a permanent contract upon proven suitability
• Flexibility: you decide when you are available
• Opportunity to increase your hours if there are changes within the team
