A friendly and vibrant primary school in LS16 is seeking a Teaching Assistant to provide classroom support and help pupils thrive academically and socially.

Responsibilities

Supporting classroom learning across the primary age range
Delivering intervention sessions and small group work
Assisting pupils who require additional support
Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement
Supporting teachers with classroom preparation and activities

Requirements

Previous experience working with children
Strong communication skills
Enthusiastic and proactive approach
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
TA qualification desirable but not essential
