Residential Support Worker
Who are we?
For our mother and child home, we are looking for an enthusiastic and driven residential support worker. Some experience in care is an advantage.
The mother and child home provides care to vulnerable (sometimes young) mothers who are unable to independently create a safe upbringing environment for their child(ren). Care is provided within both voluntary and compulsory frameworks. The mother and child home offers a stable, safe foundation where mothers can learn and develop their parenting skills. For the children, this means they experience the safety and stability they need for healthy development.
