About the Role

Are you a hands-on individual who wants to work in a modern production environment? For our location in Nieuwkoop, we are looking for a motivated Machine Operator. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the production process and will have the opportunity to quickly progress within our company.

What Will You Do?

Independently operate and set up production machines.

Monitor the quality of the produced goods.

Identify and resolve minor technical issues.

Collaborate with the team to achieve production targets.

What Do We Offer?

Salary: A competitive starting salary from €2,650 gross per month.

Career Progression: Opportunity for rapid advancement to Foreman (€2,800 gross) with good performance.

Weekly Payment: Your salary paid every Friday directly into your account.

Travel Expenses: Full reimbursement of €0.23 per km.

Stability: A full-time position with the prospect of a permanent contract.

Job Requirements:

Language: You speak communicative English or Dutch (minimum A2 level).

Logistics: You have your own transport and live in the Nieuwkoop area (e.g. Alphen aan den Rijn, Gouda, Woerden).

Accommodation: You have your own living space (we do not provide accommodation).
Working Hours: Willingness to work in a 2-shift system.
