We are seeking an experienced MIG/MAG welder to assemble precision structural components for the production of high-quality, large custom-built constructions. About the role

As a MIG/MAG welder, you will be responsible for the precise assembly and welding of structural components to create high-quality large constructions used for exceptional road transport. You will work from technical drawings and specifications to ensure each structure meets the highest quality standards. Through your expertise, you will contribute to producing large constructions fully tailored to our clients’ requirements.

You will work independently but also collaborate closely with other teams to achieve the best final results. Together, you will play a key role in the production of innovative long-distance transport constructions that meet market demands. Additionally, this role offers opportunities to expand into a construction/assembly position if you are motivated to grow within the company.

Your responsibilities

Assembling and welding structural components for large constructions based on technical drawings and specifications

Inspecting welds and making necessary adjustments to meet the highest quality standards

Collaborating with other teams to develop innovative solutions that meet market needs

Expanding your skills into construction/assembly work with opportunities for career progression within the company

What we offer

Competitive monthly salary of €2,918.09 – €3,290 gross, based on your experience and skills

Hourly rate: €16.83 – €18.98 gross, with weekly or 4-weekly payments (your choice)

Requirements

Proven experience as a MIG/MAG welder (certification preferred or willingness to obtain it)

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

Ability to work independently and complete tasks autonomously

Communicative English or Dutch required

Guaranteed 40 working hours per week

Own accommodation required

Own transport required + travel cost reimbursement
