💰 Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: €14.71 per hour (gross) 💶 - MONTHLY Payment

Payment Schedule: Salary is paid every 4 weeks. 🗓️

Shift Allowances & Bonuses:

Saturdays: 125% pay rate 💵

Evening Work (after 18:00): 104% pay rate 🌙

Overtime (over 40 hours/week): 108% pay rate ⏳

📍 Location & Logistics

Workplace: Roosendaal, Netherlands.

Housing: Company-provided accommodation 🏠 (Double rooms for couples or Single rooms available).

Commute:

PEOPLE WITH DRIVING LICENCE PREFERRED

Company car provided (based on availability). 🚗

If a car is unavailable, a company bicycle is provided. 🚲

Distance: 30 minutes by bike / 50 minutes walking.

🔧 Responsibilities

Monitoring and controlling production lines.

Intervening and troubleshooting during technical disruptions or jams. ⚠️

Strictly following all health and safety (HSE) regulations. 🛡️

Maintaining a clean workspace and ensuring tools are stored properly. 🧹

Requirements

📋 Requirements

English: A2/B1 language level is required 🗣️

Experience: Previous experience in a production environment is a significant advantage. 👍
