Office Manager (16-20 hours) – Central figure in a growing cybersecurity company
ITseqr is a leading player in cybersecurity. We advise companies on information security, assist with implementation, monitor systems, and deploy ethical hackers for thorough testing. Our focus on quality is valued by our clients and forms the foundation of our steady growth.
Our team consists mainly of technical experts who work daily on the latest developments in our field. To allow these experts to focus on what they do best while we continue to grow, we are looking for a driven Office Manager for our head office in Moordrecht. You will be the crucial link in our operations.
What will you do?
As an Office Manager, you are the operational heart of our office. You ensure that our operations run smoothly, so our experts can continue to focus on their expertise. Your tasks are diverse and essential:
- Financial & administrative support: You check and process timesheets (including overtime and standby), incoming invoices, payments, and employee expense claims. You assist with project administration and invoicing.
- Contract management: You maintain an overview of contracts with clients and suppliers, monitoring terms and renewals.
- HR support: You ensure a smooth start for new colleagues (from arranging a workstation and phone to pension registration) and are the first point of contact for leave and sick leave.
- Facilities & events: You help organise our quarterly meetings and other team activities, in which you naturally also participate.
- Process improvement: You identify opportunities for further professionalisation and actively contribute ideas for making our operations more efficient.
What we offer you:
- A crucial and formative role in a growing company. This is a new position; you can help shape it.
- An open, informal, and professional working environment where quality of work and care for people are central.
- Flexibility: 16-20 working hours per week, to be scheduled on days and times by mutual agreement.
What you bring:
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- You are an independent and proactive problem-solver with strong communication skills.
- Ideally, you have an affinity with the IT/cybersecurity sector; you understand at a high level what we do.
- You are driven to shape this role based on your experience and thus directly contribute to our growth ambitions.
