🇳🇴 Job Vacancy: Versatile Builder / General Carpenter (Wooden Houses)

We are seeking experienced specialists to work on construction sites in Northern Norway. We require skilled tradespeople capable of managing turnkey projects — from start to finish.

Employment Registration: Warsaw (Poland)

Location: Northern Norway

Openings: 2 positions

💰 Compensation

Salary: approximately 4,000 € per month.

Hourly Rate: 17–18 €/hour (determined based on your experience).

Paid Breaks: rest time during the working day is fully paid.

Payments: transferred directly to a bank card.

Advances: 100 € every week (issued after 5 working days).

🛠 Responsibilities

Construction and renovation of wooden houses in accordance with Norwegian standards.

Insulation of wooden structures.

Window works: cutting, structural reinforcement, and installation.

Roofing works: dismantling old roofing, laying a hydro barrier, and installing metal tiles.

Independent execution and completion of assigned tasks.

📋 Requirements

Experience: men with proven construction experience (specifically in carpentry/woodwork and roofing).

Responsibility, diligence, and the ability to work independently.

🏠 Conditions & Schedule

Accommodation: provided free of charge (good conditions, living in private houses).

Work Provision: tools and work transport are provided free of charge.

Travel: the flight to the workplace is at the employee's own expense.

Work Schedule: shifts of 8, 10, or 12 hours a day.

Employment Type: official employment through a Polish company under an Umowa Zlecenie (contract of mandate), with salaries paid once a month.
