📋 About the Role

The company is a fast-growing, modern organisation specialising in recreational plants and products for the pharmaceutical and medical industries. The production process adheres to very strict European legal, hygiene, and quality standards.

Working Hours & Pay:

Shift: Morning shift from 07:30 to 16:30.

Overtime: Working on Saturdays is paid at 150%.

🛠️ Main Tasks & Responsibilities

Perform tasks in the cultivation process: cutting, sticking, pruning, transplanting, and plant care.

Move and dig up production and flowering plants.

Clean grow rooms and dispose of plant waste.

Maintain strict hygiene and safety regulations in accordance with European guidelines.

Support production processes for the pharmaceutical and medical industry.

👤 Requirements

Experience: Previous experience working with plants is required.

Language: English level B1.

Documents: A valid driving licence and a Certificate of Conduct from your home country are required.

Physical Fitness: Must be able to work in a standing position for extended periods.

Work Style: Keen eye for detail, flexibility to work at different production stages, and tolerance for repetitive tasks.

Note from employer: Candidates must provide €160 upfront to cover accommodation during the first week at the company office.

🏠 Accommodation & Transport

Housing: Provided at a cost of €159.81 per week.

Transport: Bicycle rental is available for €10 per week (a €250 deposit is required).
