Early Years Adventure Leader

We're working with a range of fantastic nurseries and early years settings across Bath who are looking for enthusiastic Early Years Adventure Leaders to join their teams.
This is more than a nursery role. It's about inspiring children to explore, discover, create, and grow during some of the most important years of their development.
Whether you're an experienced Early Years Educator or someone with a natural passion for working with young children, we're looking for people who can bring energy, imagination, and warmth to every day.
From building dens and storytelling adventures to supporting first friendships and celebrating little milestones, you'll play a key role in creating magical learning experiences that children will love.
What You'll Be Doing
• Leading and supporting exciting play-based learning activities
• Encouraging children's curiosity, creativity, and imagination
• Helping little learners build confidence and independence
• Supporting communication, early phonics, and number development through play
• Creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children aged 2-5
• Supporting children with differing needs, including SEND where required
• Working closely with nursery teams and families to support children's development
• Celebrating every achievement, from first friendships to first successes
Who We're Looking For
• A caring, energetic, and positive individual who loves working with young children
• Someone who enjoys getting involved in play, messy activities, outdoor learning, and creative adventures
• A patient and nurturing approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Understanding of child development and the importance of early years education
• Experience within nurseries, schools, childcare, or similar settings is desirable
Bonus Points If You Have:
• Early Years qualifications
• Paediatric First Aid Training
• Experience supporting children with additional needs
However, passion, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn are just as important.

What We Need to Clear You
• Passport/proof of right to work in the UK
• 2 proofs of address
• CV covering the last 10 years of work or education, with any explained gaps
• Two years of references, including childcare where applicable
• Overseas police check if you have lived abroad for 3 months or more in the past 5 years
