Protocol Education is working with a number of welcoming and supportive primary schools across BS15 that are seeking passionate EYFS and KS1 Teachers to join their teams from January 2027.

The Role

As an EYFS or KS1 Teacher, you will:

  • Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons that inspire young learners
  • Support children's development in phonics, literacy, numeracy, and communication
  • Create a nurturing classroom environment where every child can flourish
  • Adapt learning to meet a range of abilities and needs
  • Build positive relationships with pupils, colleagues, and families
  • Promote confidence, independence, and a love of learning
  • Support both the academic and emotional development of every child

About You

We're looking for teachers who:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Have experience within EYFS and/or Key Stage 1
  • Are passionate about delivering outstanding early years education
  • Create engaging learning experiences that encourage curiosity and confidence
  • Build strong, positive relationships with young learners
  • Are reflective practitioners who value continuous improvement
  • Believe every child deserves the best possible start to their education

What We Need to Clear You

To get you registered and ready for January opportunities, we'll need:

  • A valid passport or proof of your right to work in the UK
  • Two proofs of address, such as a driving licence, utility bill, or council tax statement
  • A CV covering the last 10 years of work and/or education history, with any gaps explained
  • Two years of references, including your most recent school placement where applicable
  • An overseas police check if you have lived abroad for 3 months or more within the last 5 years

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
