Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework to support children's learning and development.
• Create and maintain a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment where every child can flourish.
• Provide high-quality care for children aged 0-5 years, ensuring all policies and procedures are followed.
• Observe, monitor, and accurately record children's progress and achievements.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to support each child's development.
• Promote children's wellbeing, safety, and emotional development at all times.

Requirements

• Level 3 qualification (or above) in Childcare or Early Years.
• Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting.
• A strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
• A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A caring, reliable, and proactive approach.
