The Role

You'll work closely with pupils on a 1:1 basis, helping them access learning, build confidence and develop positive relationships throughout the school day.

Some pupils may need support with:

• Communication and social interaction
• Emotional regulation
• Confidence and self-esteem
• Behaviour and engagement with learning
• Developing positive routines and independence

Success in this role isn't always measured academically. Sometimes the biggest achievements are helping a child feel understood, take part in a lesson, build a friendship or believe in themselves.
