Nursery Practitioner (Level 3) - Southend-on-Sea
Protocol Education is working with a welcoming and nurturing nursery in Southend that is looking to appoint a passionate Level 3 Nursery Practitioner on a permanent basis.

The Role:
- Supporting children's learning, development, and wellbeing in line with the EYFS framework.
- Creating a safe, stimulating, and engaging environment where children can flourish.
- Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Planning and delivering exciting activities that encourage curiosity, creativity, and confidence.
- Promoting children's social, emotional, and educational development.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Holds a Level 3 Childcare qualification (or equivalent).
- Has experience working within an Early Years setting.
- Is warm, nurturing, and passionate about supporting young children.
- Demonstrates excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Is committed to providing outstanding care and learning opportunities.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
