Nursery Practitioner (Level 3) - Southend-on-Sea

Protocol Education is working with a welcoming and nurturing nursery in Southend that is looking to appoint a passionate Level 3 Nursery Practitioner on a permanent basis.

The Role:

• Supporting children's learning, development, and wellbeing in line with the EYFS framework.
• Creating a safe, stimulating, and engaging environment where children can flourish.
• Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Planning and delivering exciting activities that encourage curiosity, creativity, and confidence.
• Promoting children's social, emotional, and educational development.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Holds a Level 3 Childcare qualification (or equivalent).
• Has experience working within an Early Years setting.
• Is warm, nurturing, and passionate about supporting young children.
• Demonstrates excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Is committed to providing outstanding care and learning opportunities.
