The Role
As a Qualified Nursery Practitioner, you'll play a key role in supporting children's learning, development and wellbeing through engaging play-based experiences.
Your responsibilities may include:
• Planning and delivering stimulating activities in line with the EYFS framework
• Creating a safe, nurturing and inclusive environment for all children
• Supporting children's social, emotional and educational development
• Observing, assessing and recording children's progress
• Building strong relationships with families and carers
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards of care and education
• Ensuring safeguarding and welfare requirements are always met
• Encouraging curiosity, independence and confidence through meaningful learning opportunities

A Bit About You
• Level 2, Level 3, EYTS or Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with Early Years experience
• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and child development
• Passionate about supporting children during their most important developmental years
• Warm, patient and nurturing approach
• Confident building positive relationships with children, families and colleagues
• Dedicated to creating engaging learning experiences through play
• Reliable, proactive and enthusiastic team player
• Committed to safeguarding and promoting children's wellbeing
What We Need To Clear You
• Passport / proof of right to work in the UK
• Two proofs of address, such as a driving licence, utility bill, council tax bill or P45/P60
• CV covering the last 10 years of work or education, with any gaps explained
• Two years of references, including childcare or early years references where applicable
• Overseas Police Check if you have lived abroad for three months or more during the last five years

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
