What you'll be doing:

• Planning and delivering engaging lessons for pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs
• Creating personalised learning opportunities that help every child succeed
• Working closely with teaching assistants, therapists and the wider SEN team
• Building positive relationships with pupils, families and colleagues
• Creating a calm, nurturing and inclusive classroom where every child can thrive

We're looking for someone who:

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
• Has experience teaching pupils with SEND in a primary setting
• Understands strategies to support pupils with Autism, ADHD, speech and language needs or other additional needs
• Is patient, adaptable and passionate about inclusive education
• Brings creativity, resilience and a positive approach to the classroom

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
