What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting pupils in the classroom on a one-to-one and small-group basis
• Building positive relationships that help children thrive
• Encouraging confidence, resilience and engagement in learning
• Supporting children with SEND, SEMH and additional learning needs
• Assisting teachers with classroom activities and lesson delivery
• Helping pupils manage emotions and develop positive learning behaviours
• Working closely with teachers, SENCOs and pastoral teams
• Creating a safe, positive and inclusive learning environment

What We Need to Clear You

• Passport/proof of right to work in the UK
• Two proofs of address (such as a driving licence, utility bill, or council tax statement)
• A CV covering the last 10 years of work or education, with any gaps explained
• Two years of references, including any childcare, tutoring, volunteering or youth work where applicable
• An overseas police check if you have lived abroad for three months or more in the past five years
