What You'll Be Doing

Every day brings something different, but your role may include:

• Supporting children as they develop early phonics and reading skills
• Working with Reception pupils in small groups and on a 1:1 basis
• Encouraging communication, language, and social development
• Delivering engaging play-based learning activities
• Helping children develop confidence, independence, and classroom routines
• Supporting emotional wellbeing and positive behaviour
• Assisting teachers with exciting EYFS learning experiences

✅ What We Need to Clear You

• Passport or proof of right to work in the UK
• Two proofs of address
• A CV covering the last 10 years of work or education, with any gaps explained
• References covering the last 2 years (including education, childcare, volunteering, or employment where applicable)
• An Overseas Police Check if you have lived abroad for 3 months or more in the past 5 years
