Music Teacher – Supply & Long-Term Roles
Are you a creative and enthusiastic Music Teacher looking for a new opportunity from September?
We are working with secondary schools throughout Hastings and the surrounding areas who require Music Teachers for day-to-day cover, regular supply and longer-term placements.
This is an opportunity to bring your subject expertise into a range of school environments while having the flexibility to choose the type of work that suits you.
The role

• Teaching Music across KS3 and KS4
• Delivering practical and theory-based lessons
• Teaching GCSE Music where required
• Developing students' musical knowledge and confidence
• Planning engaging lessons for longer-term placements
• Supporting students with varying levels of experience
• Managing classroom behaviour effectively

We are looking for:

• QTS or relevant teaching experience
• Experience teaching Music
• Strong subject knowledge
• A creative and engaging teaching style
• Confidence managing practical activities
• Good classroom management
• Enthusiasm for developing students' musical abilities
