Jober Terms and Conditions

General Information

  1. Jober.ae is owned by Jober Ltd, hereinafter referred to as the Owner.
  2. The Owner is not responsible for the content of job listings, as they are posted by Jober users.
  3. Each job listing must be relevant to a specific position; otherwise, it will be removed by the site administrators.
  4. Users may post multiple jobs, provided that each job pertains to a different position.
  5. Jober.ae will not mediate disputes between users but may share information for legal purposes.
  6. Usage of the site must comply with UAE and international laws.
  7. Users are prohibited from posting protected content (e.g., copyrighted material), offensive material, or content of an erotic or pornographic nature.
  8. Users cannot claim damages resulting from errors or malfunctions.
  9. By using our services, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions; non-compliance prevents browsing our site or posting content.

For Job Seekers

  1. Your email address may be stored, and you may receive job offers by email.
  2. Job offers posted on the site are the responsibility of users, not the Owner.
  3. If you suspect a job listing is suspicious, contact us immediately via email for investigation and possible removal.

For Companies/Recruiters

  1. Your username will be the email address provided during registration.
  2. Each email address will be validated and requires confirmation.
  3. All job postings are free; there are no costs associated with posting.
  4. By using our platform, you consent to receiving marketing and non-marketing emails from the Owner and other users.
  5. Jobs may be removed and accounts may be blocked if actions are deemed harmful to the site or its users.

Your Jobs and Account

  1. Your jobs may be removed and your account may be blocked if you:
    • violate the Terms and Conditions;
    • advertise competitors or potentially harm the site;
    • post duplicate or similar job content.
  2. Actions may be taken without prior notice.

Job Offer Content Rules

  1. The content of a job advertisement published on Jober.ae must relate exclusively to the advertised role and the recruitment process conducted via Jober.ae or the functionalities made available by the Platform.
  2. Job advertisements must not contain:
    • email addresses used for applying outside of Jober.ae;
    • links redirecting candidates to external recruitment forms, websites or other job portals;
    • promotion of other portals, recruitment services, websites or services unrelated to the advertised role;
    • instructions directing candidates to apply outside of Jober.ae, bypassing the functionalities made available by the Platform.
  3. Redirecting candidates to an external Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or enabling applications by email is permitted only via the dedicated functionalities offered by the Platform and may require an active subscription.
  4. Where these rules are breached, the Owner is entitled to:
    • edit or hide the prohibited elements of the advertisement;
    • block the publication of the advertisement;
    • remove the job advertisement;
    • block the user account.

Referral Program

  1. Registered candidates can participate in the Referral Program by sharing unique referral links to job listings that have an active referral program enabled by the employer.
  2. Referral fees are set by employers and may be paid per successful hire or per CV submission, depending on the payout type chosen by the employer.
  3. A referral is considered valid when a candidate applies through the referral link and the application meets the employer's payout criteria.
  4. The Owner acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for the payment of referral fees. Payment processing and timing are determined by the employer.
  5. Referral fees are subject to applicable taxes and regulations. Users are responsible for reporting any earnings as required by law.
  6. Fraudulent activity, including self-referrals, fake applications, or manipulation of the referral system, will result in immediate disqualification and potential account termination.
  7. The Owner reserves the right to modify or terminate the Referral Program at any time without prior notice.

Final Agreement

  1. All designs (e.g., logos, templates) are protected by copyright and may not be used without permission.
  2. Unauthorized attempts to access the site's database, code, or server are criminal offenses and will be subject to legal action.
  3. These Terms and Conditions are subject to change without prior notice.
